is an amazing way to find out more about yourself and your world.
This writing illuminates experience and supports memory through dynamic, enjoyable strategies. These methods might appear straightforward to undertake, and even sometimes to produce rubbish on a first reading. But they tap into deep psychological wells, and so create understanding and clarity of the writer’s personal or professional issues. Throughout all this, the writer retains full authority over their own writing, which is private to them until they want someone else to read it.
